Springpad

SpringPad

by : Daniel Mari Galang

Springpad launched late in 2010 / early 2011 as a free web service that allows user to create lists and notebooks.  It is intended to be a web based app that helps you ‘remember’ things and does so by letting you clip sites and information as you run across it on the web.

You can add Notes, To-Do lists, Web Clips, Attachments (up to 5mb per attachment) and more.  Currently, there are no collaboration options. Hopefully that will be added as more and more users start signing up and using the service.

How can Springpad help students?
  • Basically, Springpad can help students by creating a more organized planner so that they can remember things and does so by letting you clip sites and information as you run across it on the web. It also manages the time of students since it has To-Di lists and organizers. They can also write Notes using SpringPad that would help them remember the discussion that they took on a particular subject. It also has internet features where you can Attach documents and Web Clips to enhance more the study habits of students.

Group Review:
We rate this application 9 out of 10 because it also an all-in-one application where in you can write your  to-do lists, task you need to do before a certain date. But what's best about it is you can open it using iTouch or iPhone anytime anywhere but with an internet connection, Wi-Fi to be specific.
